Text-Based Payment Options
Paying your loan is now as easy as texting! With FBFCU Pay by Text, you can make loan payments of up to $2,000 from another financial institution—right from your phone. Simply enroll, receive a payment reminder, click the link, and you’re done!
We offer two ways to pay by text:
- ACH (Bank Draft) – $2 fee, available for all loans except Credit Cards, Lines of Credit, and CUMA-serviced mortgages.
- Debit Card – $10 fee, available for all loans except CUMA-serviced mortgages.
Web-Based Payment Options
We offer two convenient web-based payment options for making loan payments of up to $2,000 from accounts at other financial institutions: ACH (Bank Draft) and Debit Card. Both methods are ideal for one-time use.

ACH Payments

ACH Payments made through our website are subject to a $2 convenience fee and are available for all loans except Credit Cards, Lines of Credit, and Mortgage Loans serviced by CUMA.
Debit Card Payments
- Debit Card Payments made through our website are subject to a $10 fee and are available for all loans except Mortgage Loans serviced by CUMA.
Make a One-Time Debit Card Payment by Phone
Pay up to $2,000 by calling 910-864-2232 or 800-793-2328. Select Option 2 and follow the prompts. A $10 convenience fee applies.
Have ready:
- Your debit card number
- Your account number
- Your 4-digit loan ID (include leading zero, e.g., 0150)
Free Payment Options
While the options above are quick and convenient for one-time payments, we recommend setting up recurring automatic payments or choosing a no-fee payment option.
